As an alumna of the University of Memphis, she began her film education working on a variety of student projects, and the last of which - SNACK TIME (A Will Bryson film) - was recognized as "Best Hometowner Narrative Short" at the 2014 Indie Memphis Film Festival in Memphis, Tennessee. As a native New Orleanian raised mostly in Memphis, Briana made her way back home to New Orleans, Louisiana, in 2015.
She has since grown her film career and worked on independent low-budget films and medium-budget corporate commercials alike. From gaffer, grip, assistant camera and production assistant to screenwriter, pre-production marketer - she has a diverse background within the film industry.
In addition to film, Briana works as a private and corporate events photographer, website designer/developer, small business marketing consultant and local artist.
